Helping Hands | Manager
We’re Hiring a Helping Hands Manager!

Sun City West Foundation is seeking a Helping Hands Manager to lead a valued program that connects neighbors with medical equipment, mobility aids, and children’s equipment that support independence and quality of life.
In this part-time role, you’ll oversee daily operations, maintain and protect organizational assets, coordinate staff and volunteer schedules, and provide backup for all key positions. You’ll also help ensure operations comply with board directives and applicable federal and state requirements while strengthening the Foundation’s community relationships.
From ensuring equipment is clean, safe and ready for loan to making each visitor feel welcome, your work will help neighbors get the support they need. This part-time, in-person position is based at the Helping Hands Warehouse, located at 14624 W. R. H. Johnson Blvd., Sun City West, AZ 85375. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to noon with pay ranging from $23-$28/hour.

Helping Hands | Warehouse Customer Service
Helping Hands is Seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Customer Service Team Member
In this hands-on role, you’ll assist customers and distribute, maintain and clean loaned equipment. Your work will help keep equipment ready for the next neighbor who needs it.
The position averages 8–12 hours per week, scheduled during Helping Hands’ business hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to noon with pay ranging from $15.50-$16.50/hour.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has customer service experience and strong verbal communication skills.
- Has a basic understanding of the use and maintenance of equipment loaned through Helping Hands.
- Can use a computer and operate and maintain equipment used to clean loan items.
- Can lift and move equipment weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Can work outdoors in Arizona’s climate while loading and unloading equipment from customers’ vehicles.
- Can stand and work on concrete floors for a four-hour shift.
