Don’t miss the Annual Sun City West Pickleball Ball Drop — a sky-high community fundraiser benefiting seven local charities, including Sun City West Foundation and Helping Hands. Every numbered pickleball represents a ticket holder with a chance to win prizes — and every ticket helps support neighbors right here in Sun City West.
- When: Friday, March 6, 2026 • 9:30–10:30 AM (Drop at 10:30 AM sharp)

Helping Hands Is Here to Serve You — For Winter Guests or Rehab
Whether you’re hosting family for the season or recovering from a procedure, Helping Hands offers over 4,000 pieces of equipment available for no charge. It’s short-term support designed to make daily life easier — right when you need it.
- Medical & mobility items (walkers, wheelchairs, and more)
- Children’s items for visiting grandkids (cribs, rollaway beds, etc.)
- Friendly volunteers to help you find what fits your needs

Find Your Ride isn’t a brochure — it’s a real help line that helps you explore options and find the right fit, whether you’re planning ahead or already need transportation support.
- Myth: “It’s only for people who already stopped driving.”
Fact: It’s great for planning ahead — even if you’re just exploring options. - Myth: “I need to figure rideshare apps out alone.”
Fact: You can get step-by-step guidance and practical tips. - Myth: “There’s only one option.”

AARP Tax-Aide Appointments Go Live January 15 at 12:00 Noon
AARP Tax-Aide offers free e-filing of Federal and AZ State taxes by highly trained volunteers. Appointments are necessary to take advantage of this phenomenal opportunity.
The appointment website goes live on January 15 at 12:00 noon. In recent years, all appointments have been reserved within just a few days — so don’t wait.
