Whether it's Dial-a-Ride, senior transit, or ride-share programs, Find Your Ride offers free guidance, printed resources, and personalized referrals. Free Space for AARP Tax-Aide Services
We proudly provide dedicated space each tax season for the AARP Tax-Aide program, which offers free tax preparation assistance to local residents. This vital service helps hundreds of neighbors file accurately, on time, and with confidence—without the burden of high costs.
Supporting Local Heroes
PRIDES & Posse Community Support
SCW Foundation provides a warehouse to PRIDES and a land lease to Posse—including parking lot maintenance—for just $1.00 per year, helping these essential volunteer groups continue their vital work across Sun City West.
Fighting Local Hunger
Valley View Community Food Bank Support
We provide free space for Valley View Community Food Bank to operate a weekly pantry, helping hundreds of local residents put food on the table.
Backing Local Support Funds
Community Fund of Sun City West
We provide free meeting and storage space to the Community Fund of SCW, enabling them to focus resources on providing financial aid to neighbors in need.

Organization of HOAs (OHOA) Hosting
OHOA offices are located within the Foundation. OHOA is an advisory organization for Home Owner Associations in Sun City West. They host educational seminars, leadership trainings and publications in support of member HOA’s.

Zeffy covers all transaction, credit-card, and platform fees so every dollar you give directly supports local programs—from Helping Hands and Find Your Ride to community room operations and events.
No. Tipping is completely optional. Many donors choose to leave a small tip to help Zeffy cover processing costs, but if you set the amount to $0, the Foundation still receives your full donation.
Zeffy’s model relies entirely on voluntary contributions from donors. On average, two out of three donors leave a tip, which covers Zeffy’s operating costs and transaction fees—keeping the platform free for more than 50,000 nonprofits.
Tips go directly to Zeffy, not to the Foundation. They allow Zeffy to maintain its no-fee platform. Your donation amount to the Foundation remains unchanged.
