Our 2026 Fund Drive Letter Is On Its Way
You should be receiving our 2026 Fund Drive letter soon, so please keep an eye on your mailbox. This is the one time each year we mail an update to households across Sun City West to share what your support makes possible—and to invite the community to help sustain the programs neighbors rely on.

Get Your Pickleball Ball Drop Tickets Today!
Do not miss the Annual Sun City West Pickleball Ball Drop, a community fundraiser benefiting seven local charities, including Sun City West Foundation and Helping Hands. Every numbered pickleball represents a ticket holder with a chance to win prizes, and every ticket supports neighbors right here in Sun City West.

- First prize: $1,500 cash (provided by Prime Wealth Advisors)
- Second prize: $1,000 cash (provided by PORA)

Free Health Screenings - No Appointment Needed
Free Health Screenings - February 28 (10:00 AM to 1:00 PM)
Join the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy for free health screenings and helpful information on a variety of health-related topics.
- No reservation needed: Just walk in for screenings during event hours
- Screenings may include diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension, osteoporosis, and breathing assessment
- Date and time: Saturday, February 28 - 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Sun City West Foundation is hiring a part-time Marketing Communications Coordinator. This role helps share our mission, programs, and community impact across digital, print, and in-person channels. You will work closely with Foundation leadership and the Marketing Committee to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging communication with the communities we serve.

An Artistic Affair Returns - January 28, 2027
An Artistic Affair is a community fund-raiser benefiting Sun City West Foundation and Helping Hands, with proceeds also supporting Valley View Community Food Bank. We are moving this event from November to January - and we are starting early so local artists and art clubs have time to participate.
If you are an artist, maker, or part of an art club, we would love your help. Donations of artwork and creative items make this event possible, and we can store items from now until the event date.

Whether you are recovering from a procedure or hosting family this season, Helping Hands offers short-term loans of medical, mobility, and childrens equipment at no charge. It is practical support designed to make daily life easier right when you need it.
- Walkers, wheelchairs, shower chairs, and more
- Cribs, rollaway beds, and childrens items for visiting grandkids
- Friendly volunteers to help you find what fits your needs
Have equipment you no longer need? Donations support Helping Hands operations and help cover program costs.
