Support What Matters Most
Your Year-End Gift Helps Neighbors All Year Long
As the year comes to a close, your generosity keeps the services neighbors rely on going strong. Your gift helps provide medical and children’s equipment loans, transportation guidance through Find Your Ride, affordable banquet and meeting rooms, and community classes and events that bring Sun City West together.
We use Zeffy, a secure donation platform that allows the Foundation to receive 100% of your gift with no credit card or platform fees taken out. In the Zeffy checkout, you’ll see an optional tip line you can change to any amount—or $0. Your full donation still goes directly to Sun City West Foundation.
You can give online in minutes, set up a monthly gift, mail or drop off a check, or talk with your advisor about tax-smart options like IRA Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), donor-advised funds, or estate gifts. However you choose to give, thank you for supporting your neighbors right here at home.

Friendly Reminder
Don’t Wait – Pickleball Ball Drop Tickets on Sale Now
Sun City West Foundation is happy to be supporting the community’s biggest fundraising event in partnership with the SCW Pickleball Club. Last year, this event raised nearly $60,000 for seven local charities.
On event day, you’ll watch over 3,000 pickleballs drop from a ladder truck in a high-energy community fundraiser — all while supporting important local causes.
This year, we’re aiming to blow past last year’s total — and for the first time, tickets are on sale online. You can get yours in the way that’s easiest for you:
- Buy online or purchase in person at Helping Hands, 14624 W R H Johnson Blvd, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–Noon.
- When you buy, you can choose your charity, and the proceeds from your ticket will support the organization you select. Feel free to select Sun City West Foundation as the beneficiary if you’d like to support our Mission.
We sold out early last year, so please don’t delay — purchasing your tickets now helps secure your chance to be part of the fun when those 3,000 pickleballs drop.

Their guide includes ideas for weeknight dinners, soft foods, make-ahead dishes, and even fun snacks to cook with grandchildren. It’s a good place to browse if you or a neighbor is tired of the same old recipes and wants something tasty that’s still gentle on time, energy, and budget.
- Hearty soups, stews, and casseroles that are easy to reheat and share.
- One-pan meals with protein, vegetables, and whole grains for less cleanup.
- Soft, easy-to-chew options and blended soups for changing appetites.
- Light desserts and fruit-forward treats that still feel special for the holidays.

- Give your brain a gentle daily workout with word and number games.
- Choose from many styles and difficulty levels to match your mood.
- Play for a few minutes or a whole afternoon — it’s completely at your pace.
