Helping Hands serves more than 15,000 residents annually loaning medical equipment for rehabilitation or temporary assistance.  We serve the communities of:

• Sun City West
• Sun City Grand
• Corta Bella
• Arizona Traditions
• Sun Village

In addition, Helping Hands can help with the children’s items you’ll need when grandchildren come to visit.  Medical equipment can be loaned for up to 90 days, children’s equipment for 30 days.

To check out equipment, we require proof of residency; i.e., a Recreation Card from Sun City West residents,  a CAM card from Sun City Grand and a badge from AZ Traditions or Sun Village.   Corte Bella residents can show their driver’s license  with their  local address or their badge.

Equipment cannot be reserved in advance as we work on a “first come, first serve basis.  We are strictly a short term lending facility.

You will be asked to sign a waiver stating the date equipment is due back and accepting responsibility for loss or damages.

While we loan free of charge, our biggest source of income is your generous donations (cash, checks or credit card) which enable us to maintain, replace and update inventory as needed.  We also rely on support of the Foundation’s room rentals and residents’ support of the Sun City West Sun Health Resale Shop to provide this important Sun City West Foundation service.

The staff and volunteers of our great organization are here to serve the residents Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
