Door to Door transportation in Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles owned by the Foundation. The Foundation Buses Area of Operations includes: Sun City West and the medical facilities in the areas of Grand Avenue/Reams Road/Mountain View Road in Surprise as well as Bell and El Mirage Roads. When possible, riders are encouraged to call in advance to book rides. Rides will be available on a same day service based on availability and priority will be given for medical appointments. Riders may purchase tickets at the Sun City west Foundation office during office ours of 8:00am to 2:00pm. Tickets are also available aboard the buses. CALL NOW -- NEW NUMBER |
