The business and affairs of the Foundation are managed by the volunteer Board of Directors, who are residents of Sun City West. In accordance with the Foundation's by-laws, an exception to the residency requirement may be made in the case of a recognized professional with specialized expertise not otherwise available. None of the Directors receive compensation from the Foundation for his or her services as a Director. |
